Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home sessions in Wake Forest, NC. The position offers about 8 hours per week, Monday through Friday afternoons, with a 10:00am–2:00pm window.

You will deliver direct therapy according to a BCBA-created plan, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA and care teams. Prior ABA experience and an active RBT certification are required; reliable transportation and comfort working in clients' homes are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 10:00am-2:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home and reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-approved treatment plan.
• Work with a BCBA-assigned case and follow the plan.
• Participate in supervision and receive competency assessments and feedback.
• Record session data and submit notes; paid for non-billable time as indicated.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership for client progress.
