Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home therapy in Raleigh, NC. You will deliver direct 97153 services under a BCBA-designed plan and work Mon–Fri mornings in a flexible, part-time arrangement.

You’ll join a team that values compassionate care, reliable scheduling, and clear pathways to BCBA supervision. The role offers competitive pay ($23/hour direct therapy) and opportunities for paid non-billable time, bonuses, and benefits after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA's plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
• Support supervision, observations, and feedback from the BCBA.
• Provide compassionate care in the family home environment.
