Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy in Charlotte, NC. This part-time, ~12 hours/week role offers afternoons on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with Spanish language training as part of caregiver coaching.

You’ll work under a BCBA, delivering direct therapy and tracking progress in clients’ plans. The ideal candidate has RBT certification, ABA experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability three weekday afternoons within 10:00am–2:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as per the BCBA-created plan.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Receive supervision, competency assessments, and constructive feedback.
• Provide caregiver training and family support as part of therapy.
• Support clients in home, school, or community settings as assigned.
