Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to implement plans and track progress.

Not certified yet? Training is provided and the RBT exam cost is covered. Attractive perks include higher pay for after-hours sessions, bilingual pay, weekly BCBA supervision, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Prior experience with children, especially ASD, preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach and data-tracking tools.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
