Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver client-centered interventions in-home or at clinics within about a 30-mile radius of your residence.

Paid training and support for the RBT exam are provided. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a strong interest in ASD.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 30 miles).
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — training and support provided.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use tools like CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
