Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based, under supervision of a BCBA.

Not certified yet? Training is provided and the cost of the RBT exam is covered to help launch your career with confidence, with premium pay for sessions after 5 PM and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Track data and conduct preference assessments using CentralReach.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
