Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, collaborating with BCBA and care teams. New hires receive paid training and we cover the RBT exam cost to help launch yourcareer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided.
• Experience working with children; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach/other electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
