Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll work closely with a BCBA and team, delivering personalized sessions in clients' homes or at the clinic, while maintaining data and progress notes.

We offer paid training for RBT certification, a path to raise your hourly rate, and weekly BCBA supervision. Travel up to 30 miles is required, with premium pay for after-hours sessions.

Qualifications

• In-home service delivery to clients within 30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training and exam cost covered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach or similar tools to track data and assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
