Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in-home or at clinics within roughly 30 miles. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to implement behavior plans, track data, and communicate progress to families.

This role offers paid training if not yet certified, an opportunity to grow within the organization, and a pathway to advanced supervision and roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children, especially ASD, is strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach for data collection and preference assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, feeding) as needed.
