Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in-home or clinic settings.

We offer paid training for RBT certification, plus opportunities for career growth and enhanced pay for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates, with premium after-hours pay and weekly supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
