Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct therapy 12 hours per week. The role runs three weekday afternoons, 10:00am–2:00pm, with a billable rate of $23/hour and Spanish language duties for caregiver training.

Ideal candidates will have an active RBT certification, prior ABA experience, and be comfortable working in families' homes. This is a part-time, position designed to fit around your schedule while contributing to impactful

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Availability three weekday afternoons within 10:00am–2:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Coordinate with BCBA and care manager for support.
• Provide caregiver training in Spanish.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
