Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home sessions in Wake Forest, NC. This part-time role offers roughly 8 hours per week, concentrated on two weekday afternoons between 10:00am and 2:00pm, at $23 per hour billable therapy.

Join a team led by BCBA supervision with a clear advancement pathway. Prior ABA experience and a valid RBT certification are required, with reliable transportation and comfort visiting families’ homes in Wake Forest.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 10:00am–2:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family’s home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per BCBA plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Coordinate with BCBA and care manager for supervision and support.
• Non-billable time is paid; base rate is disclosed.
