Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Graham, NC seeks an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy, two weekday afternoons (3:00pm–7:00pm), about 8 hours per week. You'll work under BCBA supervision, delivering direct therapy per the treatment plan and recording session data.

We prioritize flexible hours, a supportive team, and pathways for advancement as you build experience with preschool-age clients in a family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 3:00pm–7:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy (97153) per BCBA-written plan.
• Record session data and submit notes as required.
• Coordinate with BCBA and care manager for client progress.
