Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for roughly 12 hours per week, with two weekday afternoons between 8:00am and 2:00pm. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a pathway for growth under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA plan, track progress, and participate in supervision and training. Reliable transportation and comfort visiting families' homes are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 8:00am–2:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family’s home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA will be assigned; you receive the plan and support.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support and feedback.
