Butterfly Effects is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Tucson, AZ. This part-time role supports children with autism through ABA-based strategies under supervision, with after-school sessions from 3pm to 7pm, 3–5 days weekly.

Earn $20.00–$25.00 hourly based on experience and certifications, with opportunities for education support and potential BCBA pathway as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Love for working with children.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Must have a Tablet or Laptop for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress and daily behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, behavior analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in our online database.
• Participates in continuous training programs to increase skills.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Follows Butterfly Effects policies and procedures.
