Butterfly Effects in California is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to directly assist children with autism to hone communication, social interaction, and self-care skills within ABA-based plans.

This part-time role offers an hourly pay of $21.00–$28.00, Monday–Friday 3–7pm, with opportunities for educational support and advancement toward BCBA, supported by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification preferred if already obtained.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Record progress and observations daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors and support skill development.
• Communicate professionally with families and the treatment team.
• Complete data entry and stay compliant with BE policies.
