Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to directly assist children with autism in building communication, social interaction, and self-care skills. The role supports families through ABA-based interventions, under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT Certification with Medicaid Credentials.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress and daily behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, and clients.
• Works as an active member of the treatment team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry in the online database.
• Participates in ongoing training to increase skills.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
