Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, observe progress, and help clients acquire life skills in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Record data accurately in the online system.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and families to ensure consistency.
