Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Tucson, AZ is seeking dedicated RBT/Child Interventionists to support children with autism through ABA-based plans. You will work 9-15 hours per week, 3pm-7pm, and help develop communication, social skills and daily living tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must have a Tablet or Laptop for sessions.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observe, record, and report client progress daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry.
