Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism in a part-time capacity. You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, track progress, and support family goals in collaboration with a compassionate team.

The role offers 9-15 hours per week with competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for educational and training support toward BCBA credentials, financed by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT Certification with Medicaid Credentials.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on the client’s progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicates professionally with parents, BCBA/consultants, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in the online database.
• Participates in ongoing training to increase skills.
