Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager in Florida to oversee financial and operational performance of a multifamily Tax Credit/RD property. You will supervise the onsite team and drive leasing, budgeting and compliance, while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has on-site property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-site property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping for Class C/D communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with property management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Fair Housing knowledge and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including handling calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policy and federal/local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgeting, discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager.
