The Hallmark Company is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily Tax Credit/HUD property in Florida. You will supervise the onsite team and drive leasing programs to maintain high occupancy while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite property management including leasing and bookkeeping for Class C/D communities.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting and analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication, with leadership ability.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rents, occupancies and expenditures to manage property finances.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Handle resident relations and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with Regional PM.
