Job summary

The Hallmark Company in Port Saint Joe, FL is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily Tax Credit/HUD property. You will supervise the onsite property team and drive leasing, occupancy, and resident relations.

We value entrepreneurial mindset, budget analysis, and staff mentoring. A minimum of 1 year on-site property management is required; Yardi/Bluemoon experience preferred; valid driver’s license and Fair Housing certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-site property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Supervise leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and assist with budget forecasts.
