Job summary

The Hallmark Company in Florida is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multifamily Tax Credit/HUD property and lead the onsite team. You will drive rents, occupancy, and expenditures while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will align with the Regional Property Manager on budgets and asset plans, while focusing on resident retention, leasing programs, and effective team leadership. This role is full-time and in-person.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite property management with leasing and bookkeeping.
• Yardi/Bluemoon experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the property including rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Supervise leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Manage resident relations and respond to calls and requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
