Job summary

Community Management Corporation in Belmont, NC is seeking a detail oriented, team-oriented professional for a part-time role (24 hours). You will assist with overall apartment community operations under the Regional Property Manager, including showings, applications, leases, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities include rent collection, file maintenance, move-in/out processing, and reporting. Local travel not required; schedule is Monday–Friday with flexibility to support property

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Customer service and administrative aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospective residents and explain features.
• Process applications by verifying eligibility, character, credit and landlord history.
• Update waiting list and manage lease, certifications and move-in inspections.
• Maintain Tenant and Maintenance Files per guidelines.
• Collect rent and related fees, issue receipts and deposit daily.
• Assist in Move out reports and Termination Settlement Packets.
• Assist in maintaining Work Orders and painting schedules.
• Prepare reports and coordinate tenant events with outside agencies.
