Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Community Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the community while providing professional, responsive service to residents.

Candidates with 1–2 years of property management or related customer service experience are preferred. Section 8 experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule within regular business hours is flexible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management or related experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements is a plus.
• Project-based Section 8 experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the community.
• Provide professional, responsive service to residents.
• Greet prospects, conduct showings of vacant units, and assist with move-ins.
• Coordinate and process lease paperwork and renewals.
