Qualifications

• Previous customer service, leasing, or related experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, OneSite, AppFolio).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage appointments and multiple priorities.
• Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging community and apartment tours.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Qualify applicants and assist with the leasing and move‑in process.
• Prepare leases and other resident documentation accurately and timely.
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Support resident events and community marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information within the property management system.
• Collaborate with the property management team to provide an exceptional resident experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
