Community Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee apartment communities in Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas. The role requires independence, with occasional travel and knowledge of Sec. 8, Rural Development, and Tax Credit programs.

Qualifications

• Five years of prior industry experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing designations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Computer software experience to include Word, Excel, Outlook or Gmail, and property management software required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and terminate on-site staff.
• Prepare and present information for owners/sponsors (financial statements, marketing reports, budgets, rental schedules).
• Prepare necessary correspondence.
• Monitor advertising and marketing for compliance with standards.
• Review and approve hours for employees in current portfolio.
• Conduct site inspections and complete project visit checklists.
• Prepare for audits and inspections by agencies, lenders and auditors.
• Review and approve cash flow statements monthly and explain variances.
