Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage appointments and multiple priorities.
• Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Leasing Consultant (Part-Time)

Belmont Capital Properties is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Part‑Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Belmont Heights, a 176‑unit conventional apartment community in Belmont, North Carolina. If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people find their next home, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule

• Part‑time
• Flexible schedule:
  • Three full days per week
  • Approximately four hours per day, five days per week
• Occasional weekends as business needs require.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging community and apartment tours.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Qualify applicants and assist with the leasing and move‑in process.
• Prepare leases and other resident documentation accurately and timely.
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Support resident events and community marketing initiatives.

• Comfortable learning property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, OneSite, or AppFolio.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage appointments, data entry, and multiple priorities.
• Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk apartment communities, including climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–40 pounds as needed.
• Reliable transportation required.
