Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Avondale, AZ is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support role. You will be the first point of contact for donors, screen new and returning donors, take vital signs, and maintain donor records while supporting center operations.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. A paid training program and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role is helpful.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donor safety and care.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and ensure accurate documentation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest center-process improvements.
• Be available for donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
