BioLife Plasma Services in Glendale, AZ is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. You will greet donors, perform vital signs, and support center operations while ensuring safety and accuracy.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on providing excellent patient-centered service. The position emphasizes meaningful part-time work, with shifts typically 4–6 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs rarely; frequent lifting up to 32 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a customer- or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens requires glove use.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
