Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Glendale, AZ is hiring for a part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy support role. Shifts are 4-6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with weekend and holiday coverage expected.

You will greet donors, screen them, and record vital signs, using our Donor Information System to maintain charts and donor compensation. This role focuses on safety and donor service in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain accurate donor charts and coordinate donor compensation using the information system.
• Identify opportunities for improving center processes and assist with changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
