Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing changes.
• Cover a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
