BioLife Plasma Services in Tempe, AZ is seeking dedicated part-time staff to support our plasma donation center. The role includes donor screening, phlebotomy, and providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.

You will work a variety of shifts—nights, weekends, and holidays—as part of a team focused on safety and donor care. A high school diploma and willingness to perform physical tasks are required, with on-going training provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and meet physical demands of the role.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support donor flow.
