Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with professionalism.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and accurate records in the Donor Information System.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvement using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
