Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Tucson, Arizona is seeking part-time team members to join our plasma center operations. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training provided to start strong.

As a donor screener and phlebotomy support, you’ll engage donors, record vital signs, coordinate donor charts, and help ensure safety and quality across all center processes while working evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a paid training program and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ years of customer/patient facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
