• Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Phlebotomy and donor screening responsibilities are included in the role.
• Must be able to walk/stand for shift and handle gloves for exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records in the system; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
