Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy associate. Shifts run 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with schedule changes communicated in advance. You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and support center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center processes and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Be there for donors with varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
