Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for full shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
