Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Colorado is seeking a donor screener with phlebotomy duties to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, take vital signs, and document information in our system while focusing on safety and service excellence.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays across multiple shifts, ensuring accurate donor records and smooth center operations. A high school diploma and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify improvements and implement center processes.
• Work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
