Job summary

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, screen donors, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System to maintain accurate donor charts and compensation records. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand during shifts.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
