Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Colorado is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support to join our center operations. This role emphasizes customer service, donor safety, and accurate record-keeping, with shifts designed to fit a flexible life.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to high-quality plasma collection, donor care, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work expected.
• Bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lift up to 5 lbs; occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and distance hearing.
• Medical exposure risk: 90% tasks require glove use.
• 1+ years customer or patient-facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
