Job summary

BioLife Plasma is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations in Colorado Springs. You will greet donors, screen them, and record vital signs while maintaining stringent safety and quality standards.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with paid, interactive training to get you started. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to continuous improvement in center processes while delivering excellent donor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 5 lbs and occasional 32–50 lbs as needed.
• Prolonged glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year customer or patient‑facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and the Donor Information System; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
