Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations in Colorado Springs. You will greet donors, screen individuals, record vital signs, and assist with donor compensation while maintaining a high standard of safety and care.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week. Training is provided to ensure competency and donor safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in some cases.
• Clear communication with donors and accurate record keeping.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with a focus on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
