Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part‑time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support role in Colorado Springs. You will greet donors, screen them, and record vital signs, while supporting center operations and donor compensation.

You will participate in a robust training program and work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet donor needs and ensure efficient plasma collection. This role emphasizes reliability and high‑quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift to 5lbs., and occasional lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donors and ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvement and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
