Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Colorado is hiring for a truly part-time Plasma Donor Screener role. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, record vitals, and support center operations while delivering friendly, safe donor service.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, several days per week, including weekends and holidays. You’ll greet donors, answer phones, maintain charts in the Donor Information System, and help identify opportunities to improve center processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role is helpful.
• Able to lift up to 32 lbs rarely 50 lbs; stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety and center records.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinates donor compensation using the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to center operations.
