Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Egg Harbor, NJ is hiring a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. You will greet donors, perform donor screening, take vital signs, and maintain accurate records using the Donor Information System.

This role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working evenings, weekends and holidays. You will join a mission-driven team with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Takeda's BioLife network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations.
• Answer phones, greet donors and ensure donor safety.
• Record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements per approved procedures.
