Job summary

BioLife in Egg Harbor, NJ is seeking reliable part-time staff to support plasma center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure donor safety while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for shifts, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for the shift and lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on customer service and safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
