Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Egg Harbor, NJ seeks a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy Support to assist in our donor center. You will greet donors, perform vital signs, and help ensure safety and accuracy in donor records.

This role requires a high school diploma, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods. We offer competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods during shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
