BioLife Plasma Services in Deptford, NJ is seeking a donor screener/phlebotomy teammate to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, screen for eligibility, collect vital signs, and document results while ensuring safety and quality.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch and reach.
• Lift up to 5 lbs; occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception; ability to hear equipment.
• 90% of tasks require glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, greet donors and ensure safety for all.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Support donors across various shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
